First, it’s important to look at what happens when you are unable to focus and concentrate.

When a person is unable to concentrate, they are also unable to think clearly, focus on a task, or even maintain attention on a task or project. This is extremely important as your work, school, life could be greatly affected.

According to Healthline, below are some of the symptoms that can affect people who are unable to concentrate:

Medical issues can include some chronic illnesses such as sleep apnea, stroke, infections, heavy metal poisoning, and discomfort. Cognitive issues can include Attention Deficit Disorder, learning disabilities, delirium and or dementia.
